SFBC Can Shine In 2009!

I have a great desire to increase in knowledge and wisdom in 2009. What could we do to increase our actions for Christ? Let's look at the definition for "training"? Training means: the action of developing a person's God-given talents and gifts to be used for His honor and to assist others in their spiritual development. The activity that takes place when a person makes a concerted effort to get off the couch and out of the pew in order to advance his or her ability to serve God and help others.

We need to discover our spiritual gifts and use them to grow our church. Who can you invite to church this week and get them to come? What type training do you need to be a better soul winner? Why is getting to Sunday School so hard for some people? What can you do to make our church a more productive place of worship? When you miss church does it matter? YES! We need to get ready to face 2009! We can shine in 2009 for the Lord.

We are starting a new Singles class in Sunday School tomorrow morning. James Robbins is willing to use his gifts and talents to grow a singles class. Would you invite the singles you know to come join us at SFBC. The Super Bowl Sunday School Campaign begins tomorrow. The Sunday School classes are divide into a Red Team and Blue Team. Kick off is tomorrow! Our goal is to reach 300 in Sunday School this month. We can do it if we try.

Make an effort to be present in Sunday School this year. See you Sunday!
