Staying Near the Father

I feel the touch of Jesus so soft and tenderly. I'm His and He is mine. During these days of caring for my loving wife I feel so comforted by His loving arms. She needs me and I need her. Nancy brings out the best in me. She is my encourager and best friend in all the world. I look at her and she the Lord doing great and mighty things for her. What a heart she has for God's work. She will get better and I will walk with her through the valleys. When we are alone and nowhere to go, the sweet Holy Spirit comes to our rescue. He will bring to our minds and hearts God's Word. He will remind us of all the promises God has made to us in the Bible. The Lord Jesus will remind us that He will always love us. He cares for His children. He is the lover of my soul. He allows us to discover who our friends really are. Jesus said, He is a friend who stays closer than a brother. Lord, touch my heart today with your love. Heal my brokenness and touch my sweet wife with your healing hands. Just like the woman with the issue of blood for 20 years, she touched the hem of your garment and was healed, today i just want to touch that hem for my wife. Thank you Lord for what you are going to do for her this day. Praise the Holy Name of Jesus!
